    Few days back, I start my new connection. During activation of my number, sales person(front desk) gives me commitment we will give you 25 GB data in a month and she starts my plan of 499. After some days When I install application Airtel on my mobile, it show only you have 5 GB data.
    Around 5-6 times I share my complaint with the help desk office address(SCO 29 Ferozegandhi Market, Ludhiana – 141001), but they are not responding me. This is my last mail I am sharing my problem with you, further I have only one option I will not paid my bill and I don’t want anymore with Airtel. Multiple time I talked on 121 and 198. But nobody is responding exactly what kind of problem is this or what can I do.

    Duniya ka sabse tezz or fast network
    airtel ka network itna fast ha kya kisi v num pe call nai lagti.
    internet ki tn baat hi mat kro whatsapp v itna slow chalta ha jaise kon si movie downlod kr rehe ha.
    ek msg ko send krne mai hi 5 min lag jate ha.
    agar customer care se hum ye Q karte ha then they said tn unke tn ans hi bahut funny hote ha..
    i giving 0/10 marks to airtel network

    Hi Guys,

    I am still waiting for the resolution of my problem, network not working on my phone from almost last 3 weeks. I waited on for booking my air ticket which was $115 2 weeks back but now its price raised to $275 per person which give me loss of 25,000 INR. My credit card bill is pending, Airtell bills are pending and even i am getting short of money staying here in US since I am not able to reload my travel card due to no network in my phone. I am going through lot of stress and financial issues from last 3 weeks due to this problem. And still I am not hearing back from you guys, already mentioned my US number in all my complaints but no one is calling me back to solve the problem. Who will bear all this losses i am facing due to this bad service and support of Airtel.

    Hope to hear back from you soon else will file a case in customer court for all my losses and stress i am going through due to this bad support and service.

    AIRTEL has gone mad. I recharged my numbrer with 115 but after 10 days they deducted all my money unreasonably .AIRTEL customer care to mano mangal greh par chale gaye hai sale phone hi ni uthate.I think because of Reliance JIO AIRTEL has gone AIRTEL MARRO. I think AIRTEL is in ICU and counting its last breaths. AIRTEL ki arthi tyaar hai bas uthne hi wali hai .

    Dear Sir,
    My name is Zulmay Mohmand and from Afghanistan. I am studying in Chandigarh University, and I got the airtel SIM by my passport and Visa which was for three months. and also, I submitted my passport for the extension in Foreigner Relation Office here in Mohy, Sector 76, and before I got my passport along with my extended Visa, I directly got to the airtel branch located in Sector 35C I think and gave the copy of new extended Visa along with my passport to one of the Customer Service guy, named Vishal and he said that it would be reactivited within 24 hours. and I returned and waited for 24 hours and you know what???? it took me 7 days but yet now reactiviated and I went back and to visit the airtel branch there and i went to the same counter and met the same person named Vishal and he said the same shit and this time he handed over me a new replaced SIM and said again the same shit that it would take 24 hours to reactivate but this time it got 4 days and not reactivated. then what happened again this time my and I took my friends to go and decided to say the words that why not being activated why why????? even decided to complain to the FRO for betraying the International people why is like???? so when we got to airtel again for the 3rd time he said this time 100% will activate tomorrow but still 2 3 days passed and not reactivated???? The questions is that why you people playing????????????? if not reactivated and not giving the SIM to international people then why is it going so?????????? AND ha, the customer service guys working there are totally ignorant… please consider my problem because I am a student and dont have time to visit there everyday…. I spent even more then I paid for the SIM…

    Airtel is going down with its standards and services. No customer care service is available when you are facing inconvenience.. I am also thinking to port my number.. Such a pathetic service.. I got 4G sim in Airtel. But there is no SMS service even after 24 hours.. All my important accounts are linked with this number therefore getting no notification at all
    .. I hv wasted hours to reach customer care executive.. But all in vain.i am fully frustrated..

    Dear sir/mam

    With due respect  I hereby submit a few following lines under your kind consideration  and favourable  action  please that I visited  one of your offices in 3b2 mohali ,punjab yesterday . The office in charge Miss Mamta Dhawan is really treating her staff very badly … she uses objectionable  language  even for customers . The duty of a service centre  staff is to talk to customers  patiently  but shi is very rude and shouts on customers if they tell her her mistakes . One of her staff member (name unknown ) tells a poor customer  ” jao nai karti aapka kaam jo karna hai karo . M aapka kaam ni hone dungi” just because  he was unable to understand  the plan n was asking again n again about it.

    While we along with other customers  were sitting waiting for our turn . She (mamta dhawan ) started talking to her staff ” pata nahi sare 3b2 main hi kyu aa jate hain post to pre karwane . Jisko bhi dekho bol deta hai ki 3b2 se karwa lo aur log bhi aa jate h “muh utha ke ” is month main 120 post to pre ho gaye aur tum log puch bhi ni sakte logo se k unko problem  kya hai postpaid main . ” one of the staff member smiled ,so she said “ye daant dikhane wali baat ni hai ” . When my father objected her about the way of her talking  to the staff and customers  she started yelling at him  . Even when he sat down on his place she left her desk n came to him fighting saying ” main aapko kuch bola ? Main aapse baat ki? I am talking to my staff ” . What is this? If she wanted to talk to her staff , is this the way to address  customers ?. if she wanted to talk to her staff she should have gathered them either before or after the office hours . This is not the way to address  the customers  ” muh utha ke chale aate hain”  right in front of them. She was talking to us as if she has been paying our bill ever since. If the company  has provided  us with these services  , it’s our choice to avail it at any point of time . She has no right to tell people what to do n what not .

    I thought these people are well educated and we’ll trained to help any kind of problems  with the customers  but what I saw yesterday was completely  unacceptable. People like her should not be allowed to deal with the customers  one on one

    Is this what we call  “customer service center “? Where neither the customers  or the staff is happy with her attitude . 

    Kindly take some  strict action against her with immediate  effects .
