    में नितेश कुमार sir मैंने अपना मोबाइल आपके (गिरिडीह जिला में M.G.TELECOM) सर्विस सेंटर में पिछले 4/7/2017 को ही जमा किया है और अब तक मेरा मोबाइल ठीक नही हो पाया इससे पहले में अपना मोबाइल आपके सर्विस सेंटर में 7 बार बनवा चुका हूँ लेकिन कोई फायदा नही हुआ है और आपके M.G TELECOM में मैं जब भी फ़ोन किया बार बार उन्होंने मेरेको यही बोला कि sir अभी time लगेगा ऐसे करते करते 1 महीना बीत गया उसके बाद जब मैं bill no मांगा तो वो मेरेको 14/8/2017 को ये नवम्बर दे कर बोला कि आप कॉम्पनी में बात कर लो मैन टोल फ्री पर भी बहोत कोसिस की लेकिन कोई फायदा नही मिल पाया में जितनी भी सर्विस ली है उसका कुछ बिल नवम्बर है जो में आपको दे रहा हू-(4242962988/4230027969/4231909436/4235545040) ये कुछ बिल नवम्बर है और मेरा मोबाइल का( S/N-RZ8H40W6S6K और IMEI-359932/06/521438/0,359933/06/521438/8 और मेरा मोबाइल नवम्बर 9204676819 है।और हा जो बिल मुझे मिला है अभी उससे मैं भेज दूंगा ।
    sir अगर मेरे मोबाइल नही भी बनता है तो एक बार मुझे बता दीजियेगा थोड़ा मुझे तस्सली मिल जाएगी कि मै ही मूर्ख था जो Samsung का मोबाइल खरीद लिया।

    I got a call from Neha Gupta (as she told her name) at 27/01/18 at 16:36 hrs from the number +917838424664. She told me that she is calling from SAMSUNG Mobile’s Delhi Office. She said SAMSUNG Company giving me a special offer, like ‘SAMSUNG GALAXY J7 PRIME (Any Color) will be available at a Special Price of Rs.4500/- (Which’s Original Price Rs.14999/-, as she said)’, and then I Order Booked for gold color model, and she said that, I will also get free 16 GB external memory card, back cover, flip cover and a JIO connection with three months all over India free calling, messaging, 1GB data per day. Then at 29/01/18 at 15:07 hrs Kanika Verma (as she said her name) called me as verification call from +919599333006, from SAMSUNG Delhi Office also. Now I like to ask SAMSUNG Company, is that that true. I’m a very old customer of SAMSUNG Company, have mobiles, computer monitor, television etc. I never heard this kind of matters. So you please say the real fact as soon as possible, take necessary actions quickly, against them, if they are fraud.

    Samsung is the worst company which only make customers fool. I purchased a handset samsung galaxy j7 nxt for my mother. Now charger is not working. I went muzaffarpur YES COMPU samsung service Centre with that charger on 12/02/18 for replacement and 13/02/18 is the last date of guarantee. Now service center seen that this guy have just one day so they asked me that handset is also required for charger replacement. It looks I have pain in my hands and doctors are searching that pain in my stomach. I told them that my mother use that handset and right now she is not available. I told them to match the serial number of charger from Bill but their intentions were clear they don’t want to replace and they also know that I have just one day and it’s impossible to submit charger with handset in service center. They started misbehaving. Service center is full with rude people who even don’t know how to talk with customers. Now it’s my turn to give back something to samsung. It’s time of social networking sites Facebook twitter. Daily I will give few hours to expose samsung in customers. I will take it as a mission. You people insulted me now be ready. Just check your customer details. Each and every year I purchase a Samsung handset and you people intentionally didn’t replaced my charger which was in guarantee period till 13/2/18. I don’t care. It’s not a big loss for me but now if daily I will break your even a single customer in one year I will break your 365 customers. You people only make customers fool. And your service center is full with rude and illiterate people. You have to suffer now.

    Had gone to qutab plaza market in dlf city phase 1 Gurgaon 122002 and your mobyl shop there had a Mr Deepak Singh who the owner himanshu arora had told me he is from Samsung industries on reputation with me in this shop … namely talking about Mr Deepak Singh who helped me DO the deleted my previous gmail account and put a new one on 17th Jan 2018 and when tried to login from another laptop on 6th Feb could not access it from the laptop so called the shop on 7th Feb and requested Deepak to tell me how to recover my password. He did not help me AT ALL in fact ran away from the shop within 5 mins of my calling g him up. Then somehow got the number of you Samsung customer care nos and was told on the 7th at around 9pm by a customer care that my password had been changed so went back to the shop on Sat and complained to the owner but to no avail so somehow the team leader came and he apologised but still the now Samsung customer care is just not helping me solve my problem as the TL must have told them not to help me as they are cutting my phone or just putting me on hold for more than 10 mins. I had pre-booked and pre-ordered s9 plus on 06th March, I have been talking to customer service all over including CEO’s office, unfortunately, the set is yet to be delivered… people are clueless as to what is to be done. they are not even cancelling the order.     I have recently purchased Samsung S9+ on 25-April-2018. Considering one of the last flagship model from Samsung I have moved from iOS to Android but total Gist of my experience got lost when I saw one week old flagship model from Samsung started malfunctioning. Touch panel was not working at certain points.
    I have lodged a complaint to Samsung in revert of which I got to know that they will replace the device as will categorized it as DOA. I did not get any answer from Samsung regarding the compensation caused due to the inconvenience caused. Lot of work is hampered and nobody is there to listen to it.

    I changed my earlier Samsung mobile with purchase of new Samsung Galaxy OnNxt 64 GB Mobile through Flipkart on 07.02.2018. The details of the phone is given below.

    Since purchase, the sound was low. However, I was managing with that problem.

    For the last 20 days, many outgoing calls were not materializing. Many people who were trying to contact me were complaining that my number was not going through. I swapped my SIM with that of my husband and my SIM was working perfectly.

    15 days back I visited your authorised service centre Ascent Enterprises, Nandanam, Chennai. They removed Truecaller App. It was OK for à day and again most of the calls were not through, both incoming and outgoing. I visited the service center after three days. They reset OS. It was working for a day and the problem started again. I once again visited them on 04.06.2018 and they advised me to leave the phone with them provided me a standby set. My SIM in the standby set was working perfectly.

    On 08.06.2018, I was advised to collect the handset. When I collected and checked in their presence, even my husband”s number was not going through. I was again advised to leave the phone with them so that they would change the mother board. I was advised to collect the phone next day on 09.06.2018. They said that they have rectified. When I put my SIM in their presence and tried in their presence, the problem persisted. They were at loss as to what to do. I am again advised to visit them on 11.06.2018and I am advised that they would take up with the company as to what to do next.

    I am attaching the Service Request sheet given by your service center.

    I am a woman of 60 years age and I am Financial Consultant. My avocation requires frequent and constant contacts with various clients and their contacts with me. Now I am totally handicapped without this phone. My business is getting severely hampered.

    I am now saddle with such inferior set which is being ripped apart within a period of four months. I have completely lost interest in the set. It is causing me tension and stress. My friends and relatives are so puzzled as to how Samsung is making such inferior quality product.

    I am not interested in the set any more. I would demand refund of the cost of the set immediately together with compensation of just and equitable amount of Rs. 25,000. I will return the faulty set wherever you want it in Chennai. Alternatively, you are requested to replace the set with a new set along with the above mentioned compensation with a guarantee that it would not give such complaints.

    I expect resolution to this in two days time.
