    My Name is Bipin and i am working in GATI LTD and having the corporate account with Vadafone. on 18 jul 2017 i generated the request online for the new corporate plans for that i received the call on my no 9561891857 from 09172636965/7030697283 Mr. Rahul and updated that he is having the plan of 349 in that incoming /outgoing/ roaming free with 1 GB 4G/3G plans with 3G/2G unlimited data + 21 GB 4G monthly data for 3 Months after that it would be 1 GB 4G with unlimited speed of 250-450KBS for that i informed him to visit at my office and Mr. Subham 8208525174 come to collect my document but not having the plans details when i asked him he told that plan that is updated is vaild and after that i give him the document to PORT my IDEA no in Vadafone along with 4 new connection (total 5 Connection ) for 3 he provide us the kit and as i request for the spl no he update me he will provide soon. Now today 19 jul 2017 he update me that not having this type of plans. What your team do with your customer are they wasting their time and doing timpass with customers i will posted all this thing to social networking. Kindly listen the recording on my mobile no mentioned and check how they fooling the customer i will also send the email to Mr. Sunil Sood along with all Chair person.

    Greetings, we (KUNAL ENTERPRISE) are requesting you to release my deposit for ASSOCIATE DISTRIBUTER (AD Code: 5988432) for LILIYA town Di-Amreli (GUJ.).
    From last 4 years we are waiting to release our deposit amount and regarding our deposit we talk to local level, they said we sent mails and giving reminders from last 4 years, then we talk to AM, they are answering that this is not under me and gave number of DAM, then We called to DAM (Mr.Ambar Warsi), he is answering that “I am not from finance, I didn’t made you distributer and you didn’t do F&F with me”, and gave us number of ZBM, Then we called to ZBM (Mr.Ranjaykant Mishra) he answered that “your claim is in process, and when we ask for time limit then first they told for 10 – 15 days or end of the month, but now they are telling “Don’t call or text me otherwise I will block you” and talk to us like we are terrorist and did something wrong to them they always talk with aggressive voice and though we are requesting them in warm word, and last he told us that vodafone sold to Aditya birla group and we are not responsible for any claims and we are like antique piece of the company. This thing is happening with 12 other distributers (AD) other than me also but their voice is not reaching to you.
    We were small distributer but on our performance we won lots of awards, trophies, certificates, tours and the main the thing heartly relation with Vodafone.
    I did so much for Vodafone because that was not business that was relation and it was family for us, and this kind of answer I never thought in my dream also.
    Once again I am requesting you to release my security deposit and we hope for positive reply.

    9819243524 mobile number. I paid bill with cheque no. 000125 Rs.2652 and cheque is cleared on 19 sept. 2017 but in vodafone record wrong information is updated. They update that cheque is backout on 18 sept. So i submitt my bank statement showing said cheque is cleared on 19 sept.2017 in vodafone gallery mumbai goregaon east branch. Also i had e -mail with attachment proof to vodafonecare.mum@vodafone.com but updation not done. In India bank statement is valid proof even in income tax dept. etc. But vodafone is not considering that proof. My vodafone service is stopped on 28 sept.2017. Vodafone Call center is not capable to handel said issue.

    I feel very bad feeling and harassment regarding the service recieved from Vodafone store located in Thane west Ghodbunder road near RMall.

    The whole request was of just updating of my address ,

    initial i requested( request no.392796488 20-Dec-2017 07:21:53 PM) on 20th Dec 2017 for updating address by personally visiting at store , where i waited for almost 2 to 3hrs , where the executive ask me to provide address proof, i had provide the same (Addhar Card) and the told me address will update within 7days at that ok.

    i waited for seven days , than after i check whether my address has been changed or not , unfortunately the address was no change and request has been closed by your team on 24-Dec-2017 05:04:28 PM

    Than got suprised , even after address has not been updated how request closed ??, so i called customer care number , they inform me the request for address update is recieved but due to document pending it cannot proceed further , i again got surprised and said to customer care when i submitted document in person at store , how they claim document not recieved , so they advise me to visit store again.

    Fine again i visited store on 30th Dec 2017 for understanding the query , again i wasted my time of almost 2 hrs , where they told back end team not recieved the document (though i had submitted at very first time) , again they want document , this time they require ID proof i provide them my pan card copy. Fine , executive inform now your request will be resolve and request no was.396531096 30-Dec-2017 12:59:15 PM , with in 48hrs.

    I told ok , but when i checked today on 12th Jan 2018 in my vodafone app the request was already closed on 24-Dec-2017 05:04:28 PM , but address still not updated , so i called again customer care , they as usual told they cannot help they can take only complaint , you need to visit store again….. that means again i have to visit for 3rd time for same request with no fault of mine …

    I am just got frustrated , that i wasted by 4 to 5 hours in whole process and waited for almost 20 days for simple request of update of address , and even the request has not completed and showing in record request closed , and again getting advise to visit store for document submission.

    If store person are misplacing my authentic signed document , who is responsible for that , they dont have responsibility to deal with such crucial documents and telling me to submitt document again and again.. is they are using my document for any other purpose i am doubtful…

    So request you to look in my complaint , as the nature of complaint what i feel is misusing of document provide by customer by store and my request of updating address also not happened.

    Kindly advise your executive team to contact me and resolve the issue immediately

    i am your Vodafone user last 7 years but when jio is coming in markeet i used it last 6 months.
    i am very disappointed with reliance jio call droping & internet speed Then I thought of starting Vodafone’s SIM again and recharged ₹ 509 in it. for all voice call free and daily internet I am so troubled by Vodafone’s call-droping and internet speed that I can not use up to 100 MB of data in a day because vodafone provide me a poor service.
    so i request to vodafone block my sim card

    This is to infrom you that i am vodaphone consumer for more then 5 year. Today i call customer care regarding some query. Csr Nibetha infrom me regarding same but i was not satisfied ,so i ask transfer the call to TL.She refuse it stating i will not transfer i ask her multiple time she was rigid when i ask the reason she failed to give proper reason. I told her that i will complaint she said do i don;t care. I revert her hardly.What kind of idiotic Customer service executive you have what;s wrong transfering the call.while i asking her she disconnected the call.How a customer executive of number 1 company in telecom sector in world do this kind cheap this.It is simply intolerable

    Then on 1st Feb Sowmya call me from Esscllation desk she assured me that issue will be resolved till know what the issue is best part is that Vodaphone esclation team is playing cricket or what because very 10 mints advisor are changing.

    First it was Sowmya she called me on 1st of Feb explain her in detail she assured me it will resolved but on 2nd of Feb she e-mail me i think your query is been resolved in future call for further assistance.Intresting part is that essclation team make complaint call to query call.She assume that “so called”Query is been resolved.Yesterday i call 4-5 time she did’t receive the call.This type of attitude will not work.

    Third time Waseem e-mail i will take care of your account.he is also doing the same.
    Essclation team is playing Passing The Parcel game or what.

    Vodaphone not have capable person to solve this issue.Essclation Team is sitting on chair Hatching Eggs or what.

I recharged 99 unlimited on 15th February, which was given for 28 days but this offer was rejected within 10 days whose complaint was registered in your Customer Care. The solution which was to be resolved within 24 hours but my problem was not solved and your customer care officer is not the right information Areas are

Then asked customer care and I mailed and complaint given but no body contacted me .from month completed migration not happens. Vodafone customer care executives are laying, irresponsible, very poor ,very bad support.

    Vodafone customer care is a big Scamer.
    I had recharged my phone on 27 April of 199.
    Now when I called the number I have got to know that I cannot call any out going call. After then I called 198 toll free. The fucking thing started . Now the executive told me I have send mms from my number.i told them that I was not using the sim for 1 month. Secondly it’s n inter phone there is no mms service.third thing kya ya madarchut Vodafone vala mara Baap hai Jo free service daga. Behanchut log to bhik mai 1 rupya deta nahi to muja 6 rupya kaisa diya. Madarchut Vodafone.behanchut Delhi vala to madarchut hota hai. Chori mara kam hai unka asli naam. Madarchut Vodafone vala Tara maa ko chudna mara pas Bhaj dey. Behanchut. Mara number hai 8860111373. Madarchut Delhi vala Tina hi paisa chaiya to spin maa batiyo ko dhanda ma Bhaj chup ka spa ma chut marna mat bhej . Randy baji mai Jada paisa milanga.

    I was a vodafone customer 4 months back. I surrendered my vodafone number by that time. But even today I am receiving bill for that number which does not exist in my name.
    The number is 9787224199.
    How can one receive bills for the number which does not exist.

    VERY VERY POOR customer service and several cheating takes place which no authorities would like to monitor.
    If this state continues then very soon Vodafone will find its downfall and go away from the minds of the customers.

    I am user of Vodafone from last 7yrs and i am writing this because I am not at all happy with the service provided by Vodafone service center ,Chennai by” Mr. Girish” who is in “counter no. -C”on 18/July/2018 morning around 11:30 am. When I gone to ask him about my problem regarding to get a new mini sim on same no which I am using now. Which i using from my native odisha.he was behaving like insolent towards me when he heard “ODISHA”.he said that “YOU GO YOUR “HOME”(MEAN TO SAY NATIVE PLACE) TELL YOUR SERVICE CENTER THEY ONLY CAN SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM WE CAN’T HELP U ,WE ARE WHERE FOR ONLY CHENNAI REGION”And when I ask his name he saying in dingy way “WRITE GIRISH,T NAGAR(MEAN TO SAY PLACE WHERE FROM)”.So I was totally hostility for that what happened today.i never expected such crummy service from Vodafone.It will better to urge to my friends and colleagues to stop using Vodafone forthwith instead we have better plan in other companies by portability.
