    Your Jalahalli store service in Bangalore is horrible.i am facing problems when ever i visit ur store.today i visited to upgrade my sim from 3g to4g.ur people told it will be activated in 2 hours .I followed the method what they told.     Ur store in gulbarga is not good executives take very long time for customers and we have to wait until they complete when i requested them for postpaid to prepaid they told it takes 2 days and i followed the same thing but after 6 days when i callef to customer care number then it has activated but still i am facing internet problem my complaint has been registerd 4 days back my prepaid no is 9916345878 please solve the internet problem

    This is a worst Vodafone service. Since from two months I am asking my number 7829104666 to get postpaid connection to pre paid connection. I have submitted request on 03.01.2018 in Uttarahalli, Bangalore store but on that your service provider told me to settle the bill amount. How much he have told I have settled that much amount. After a few days request have deleted due to outstanding amount only for 0.08 paise. For that I waited one month and again paid a amount of Rs. 597 till today it has not got postpaid to prepaid when enquired in store they are asking to pay amount on 02.03.2018 and it will be done. again I have to pay Rs 590 now. This is really a robbery in day time.

    I am really very upset of your service to the customer. your customer card people won’t be able receive the customer calls & not even give full information.
    Its very bad about payment details. i have paid 300/-on 09/05/2018 & again they have blocked the service because of payment issue & aging i have paid 937 on 26/05/2018 who will take car about of our money? where is the exact statement of internet or calls or SMS charges..

    This is regarding the pathetic service received from your team, I am really surprised why you guys have a tag “happy to help you” when you ignore the customers and not listen to their concerns. I have raised a concern on June 24th and I have followed up numerous times with your team. Why do you lie to the customers that we will receive a response within 1 working day ??? If you want customers to move to some other network please let us know, we will be very happy to move to some other network. I have raised a concern regarding the 4G and 3G data speed issue. The data speed is less than 1 Mbps after 8 pm everyday till around 1 am at night. I have been monitoring the data speed for the last 10 days and I found that you guys are purposely reducing the speed to 1 Mbps or less post 8 pm everyday. How can this be called as 4G speed ???????? I have still not received a response regarding this. Why do you lie to the customers and say we provide 4G speed and recharge with certain amount ??? I have recharged with 458 rupees and I receive only 0.8 Mbps speed on an average everyday between 8 pm to 12 am. I reach home at 9 pm after work and I should live with this terrible speed which is good for nothing. I had called the customer care last night since you guys are ignoring my mail, and the customer care agent said “VODAFONE IS PURPOSELY REDUCING THE SPEED AS THE LOAD IS HIGH”. Why was this not mentioned to the customers or on your website ???? If you guys reduce the speed to 1 Mbps or less, how can the customers be happy ???
    First thing you people are lying saying we will respond to your concern within 24 hours and second thing is you are lying to the customers saying we are proving 4G speed where the speed is very much equal to 2G. It is very clear that you people are purposely reducing the speed after 8 pm and it is confirmed by the customer care agent over the call too.

    I know you guys don’t care about the customers, so I request to refund my amount of 458 Rupees which has been a total waste for last 1 month and PLEASE ALLOW ME TO PORT TO SOME OTHER NETWORK. Please don’t lie again by giving false promises to the customers and wasting our time trusting your pathetic service. If you cannot refund the total amount, please refund on the pro rated basis and I will try my best to advice all my friends and relatives not to use Vodafone as you guys are liars. Never expected this from a major network like Vodafone. How can you even ignore the pain of a customer??? It has been more than 10 days and you guys don’t even care. The customer care agent is proudly saying “We are purposely reducing the speed and we can’t do anything from our end as of now”. I know you guys are the worst when it comes to service. At least refund my amount and allow me to move out from this pathetic network.
