    We (Landmark Productions Pvt. Ltd.) generate 26AS from Government site in which it shows Myntra Designs Private Limited paid 11,67,250.00 to us on 30.3.2017 and 23,345.00 TDS amount has been deducted.

    2. Hey exactly the same issue has occured with me! Its been a month and the refund has not been initiated yet. The helpline people speak like automated calls taking no actions They have zero coordination among themselves . Seriously fed up and harassed by Myntra. Why take up jobs that you cant perform!!

I ordered Puma women sports shoes of 6000 and it came with no price tag and the size is too big for me although I had ordered the pair as per their size chart still it is too large … the shoes did not come with a price tag and now they are not refunding me… I cannot return or exchange the product and my money is with them which they are not refunding … All i get to hear is “SORRY” and “KINDLY WAIT FOR 24-48 HOURS”… Still I have not received any update, no reply, no response , no solution, nothing… Unke 48 hours khatam hi nahi hote… This issue is going from 7th Jan and today is 21st Jan still no resolution

I DID NOT RECEIVE THE PRODUCT IN A NIKE BOX ,ON TOP OF THAT THE PRODUCT WAS DELIVERED IN A COMPLETELY UNPACKED MYNTRA BOX WITH JUST A PAIR OF RUBBER BANDS HOLDING IT TOGETHER AS WELL AS NOT EVEN A PIECE OF PAPER WAS PLACED BETWEEN THE SHOES !     1. Same happened with me for Puma shoes… 6000 shoes in an unsealed myntra box not even branded shoe box… totally unsealed box with rubber bands and no price tag was present in it.. I didnt receive price tag and now it is very large in size although ordered as per their size chart… without price tag they are refusing to return or exchange or refund me… I didnt receive price tag… But without that they are refusing to return/ exchange and not refunding me… This issue has been going on from past 14 days and all I get to hear is sorry and kindly wait for 24-48 hours and still no update, no reply, no response, no solution

  7. I have ordered Nayo women black printed A-line kurta on 13 th 2017 August, which was expected to deliver on 20th August, 2017. Surprisingly, When I tracked my order, i found it has arrived at delivery centre Chnadigarh on 18th August, but I have not received my order yet (28th August). Even I have made on line payment for the order. I wonder what could be the cause of unnecessary delay. Is it because i have opted for online mode of payment?

  8. I need to know where are my products? On 11th September I have ordered 6 items. On 15th September I got a call that my pin code is wrong so I need to wait for the products. But in the evening I got a call that my products has arrived at my office. But my office close around 6.30p.m. So how will I get my products now? Please let me know.As it is getting too much time.   16. Ordered UCB Charcoal Sneakers,though they didn’t fit through. Cancelation request has already been placed on 2nd August 2018. Today one of your sales man, Mr. AJAY came to pick up the above mentioned order. Not only he denied the order pickup by mentioning some lame excuses but also talked rudely. He behaved as he is the whole and soul of the company. Till the time my order is picked and my refund is credited in my account I suspend all my future orders from Myntra and has alao asked my relatives to do so who uses Myntra for any fashion.

    I wish to bring to your kind notice that I had ordered products with order no:1107273-4289144-763103
    On 16 April 2019 that is today I have received a mail from myntra stating that my product has been returned to the origin however with utmost frustration I wish to inform you that the dlhvery people never ever contacted me for these orders and it’s beyond my understanding as to how they can return the products without contacting me.it reflects very poorly on your supply chain management system.As these product order again I can’t even reorder them. May I request you to resolve this issue and ensure that the product is delivered today. I wish to inform you this kind of irresponsible behaviour from the dlhvery people is not acceptable to me and I want the product delivered to me without any further delay.I also wish to inform you that I am not ready to accept any excuses in this regard as I have not faulted anywhere. I have had a similar bad experience with myntra in past also which was reported to your customer support department regarding U.S polo trouser.
    Waiting for quick response in terms of prompt delivery.

  20. I have been writing to myntra both through your app and direct mail also but direct mail is returned unanswered as you are not accepting direct mails and so is the complaint on the app.

    As mentioned in the attached mails from you the orders were cancelled and refunded in the month of March 19.

    1. – Cancelled Order
    As we see, refund has been processed on 2019-03-12, it will take 7-10 days to reflect in the source account.

    Amount- Rs. -3978.00 Bank reference number is -“110028698331
    2. – Returned Order

    As we see, refund has been processed on 14 Mar 2019, it will take 7-10 days to reflect in the source account.

    Amount- Rs. – 2499.00- Bank reference number is – “130034739874

    Amount- Rs. – 1495.00- Bank reference number is – “130034739874
    For both these amounts I have been following up with SBI for tracing the amount but they have been asking for account number details to which you have refunded the amount as they are unable to trace the transaction with the reference numbers provided.

    I have tried with the ombudsman also by making a complaint but the same has been rejected and copy of the same is attached.

    I have made many calls to your customer support but they are not helping me out in providing the account number.

    I have spoken to your customer care representatives and also their seniors but they have not helped.

    I have asked for higher escalation also but the response is that there is no further escalation of the matter beyond customer care.

    I fail to understand that in a professional organization there is no escalation and a customer is being told that there is no resolution to your problem.

    The person in your customer support refused to provide head office numbers and mail Ids also.

    I am writing this post making all follow-ups for my amount.

    Seeking your help for providing solution to my problem and also refunding the amount that may have been credited to wrong account.

  22. I have ordered a amazfit GTR watch On . 12.11.2019 and The promising date was on 18.11.2019 .. Still my product has not been Dispatched. 10times I have a called Customer Care . They said they Will Make me to talk to case manager. They Did After 5 days from The order given . when I spoke to Case Manager He explained me that the product has been lost. So they Can’t give any commitments on this . Again they have taken 48 hours To resolve the issue. I’m not sure when my Concern Will raise for a solution.     But, still no any other communication against order in Apps and no any phone call and E.mail from Myntra site. It’s unacceptable and un professional attitude from your end like that professional company.

    Therefore, request you can you help us as requiter customer of Myntra for today deliver my order without further any escalation.

Hi Myntra below is my complaint ID: Incident Id – IN20012121200594288596, and i just spoken to the local delivery guy who came to my home and said that he has taken the return products from my home from my dad and he has delivered the exchange products to my dad which he didnt do. And when we ask the myntra CC they shared the proof of delivery signature which is fake and the delivery boy has accepted that he has done the signature as he thought my dad doesnt know how to sign. Its a clear cut situation that he took the advantage of my old age dad and he didnt given the products and done fake signature and now he is saying you guys only bluffing…

    This is again a false commitment made by Myntra even after assurance given on dated 24.8.20 on telecon against my call request . I have received a call from Myntra Dadri Ghaziabad office phone no 0120 4636300 and the supervisor named Ms shweta called me and assure that the matter will be RESOLVED in NEXT 24 Hrs time.
    BUT SORRY, neither again resolve nor i recd call, I have again requested for call but since morning today ,No response.
    With due respect, now am forced to write the mail to the apex authority, so that customer feedback can be reached at your good self.
    Being a professional working as General Manager Purchase in leading automobile company of India, I have never faced such delays, especially when the fault from suppliers end.
    This is very pathetic condition that, myntra team is not handling my case since last 11 days. This is not a business ethics and not at all favourable for customers satisfaction point of view. I am very annoyed with services as its very worst experience so far.
    The order no 1149199-4385913-8593203 dated 13.8.20 placed in for Either men pink solid slim fit Short having payment made thru my myntra credit amount and rest by Icici bank debit card.
    This is my 7-8th messages to Myntra team but even after continuous follow up and calls, neither my myntra credit amount returned back and not showing anywhere. Hence am unable to Re order.
    Surprise against my first compliant Dtd 20.8.20 a reply from myntra team Ms Akriti recd on 21.8.20 under which mention that my issue no IN20082012464952697327 is closed How Myntra can say without resolving &WHY?
    So far my myntra credit amount is not appearing anywhere and hence I am not able to reorder , it’s very pathetic for me that in-between the ordered short was out of stock. I need immediate resolution of same by today only.

    I hope this email reaches someone who would love to do some work for the company for what it pays you for. I have been raising requests and begging for support since a week and all I get is template (copy paste) responses.
    Firstly I called and gave them the Bank details “I again got the same bank details request after 48hrs”
    Second, I called and updated the pictures you’ll needed “I again get an email that you guys need pictures after 48hrs”
    Bro why do you guys keep closing tickets and ask me the same info i provided for the nth time to your team.
    ISN’T THERE ONE LOYAL EMPLOYEE WHO CAN HELP ME?I have decided to return all my products purchased and endure. I tell this to all my media followers and bring down what I could.
